Rental Period: October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2021
To qualify for the Special Plan rate, we must have received your $350.00 deposit by April 30, 2020. Your balance is due within 3 days upon your arrival and occupancy in the Fall of 2020. If you plan on arriving after January 1, 2021, in order to qualify for the Special Plan discount we must receive your balance by December 31, 2020. Without the Special Plan discount, the rate is $3,395.00. By pre-paying, you save $300.00.
To qualify for next season’s Special Plan, we must receive your $350.00 deposit by April 30, 2021 and receive your balance upon your Fall 2021 return.
7/5 Stay & Store can be occupied for up to seven (7) consecutive months within the October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2021 rental period. For any stay over seven (7) months, an additional charge of $150.00 per month will apply.
NO REFUNDS
All residents must check-in upon arrival and check out upon departure at the Park Office.

Daily and weekly rates include electric costs. For all other rates, electric meter will be read upon move in and will be billed monthly. A final read will occur upon move out.
Rates are for two (2) person occupancy. Extra persons are $5.00 per person, per day. All guests must be registered with the Park Office.
All multiple month discount packages must be paid in advance. Discounted rates will not apply to those who fail to pay in advance.

Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Silver Springs, and Orlando Theme Parks.

Park Facilities: Large 30′ x 60′ sites with 50 amp and 30 amp service, full hook up, heated pool, large laundry facility, Bath/showers, horseshoe pits, bocce courts, lighted shuffleboard courts, billiard tables, Rec Hall, Wi-Fi available, pet friendly with dog park, on- site RV storage, dump station, daily planned activities, and shopping within walking distance.
